What we actually do

Slow smoke, not shortcuts

Hams and bacon hang in the smokehouse over beechwood until the colour and the smell are right. Nothing is rushed through a hot chamber to make a shift finish earlier.

Seasoning mixed in-house

Pepper, caraway, garlic, paprika — ground and blended to our own recipes, then worked through the meat so every slice tastes the same as the first one.

Cut, cured, tied by hand

Sausages are filled into casings and linked by people who have done it for years. Hams are trimmed by hand before they ever see salt.

Sliced and sealed for the counter

Whole pieces for the deli slicer, or pre-sliced and vacuum-packed so the pack you open at home is as fresh as the one behind the glass.

Ideas for the evening, not just ingredients

Recipes and meal ideas built around what we make: a pan, a board, a lunchbox, a grill on a Saturday.

Something back for regulars

A loyalty programme for the people who put us in the basket week after week — rewards you can actually use on the products you already buy.

What you can ask us for

Ranges we make and supply. Tell us which one you mean and we'll come back with the detail.

How an enquiry goes

  1. You tell us what you're after

A product you can't find, a question about what's in it, or an interest in stocking the range. One or two lines is enough.

  2. A person reads it

Not a form that routes you in a circle. Someone who knows the products picks it up and works out who should answer.

  3. We answer with the specifics

Where the product is sold near you, what goes into it, which format fits your counter — written plainly, by email.

  4. You take it from there

Buy it at the counter, put it on your shelf, or keep talking to us about samples and ordering. No pressure either way.

What people tell us

★★★★★
The smoked ham tastes like the one my grandfather used to bring home. I buy it thin-sliced for breakfast and thick for the pan.
Martina
★★★★★
Asked where to find a particular sausage in my area and got a straight answer the same week. That alone puts them ahead of most.
Johannes
★★★★☆
We run a small deli and wanted the range on the counter. The product sheets were clear and nobody tried to sell me things I didn't ask about.
Elisabeth
★★★★★
Bought a mixed selection for a birthday and it was already sliced and sorted. Put it on a board, done, everyone ate.

Questions we get

Where can I buy your products?

Our range is sold through food retailers and delis. Send us an enquiry with the product you're looking for and the area you're in, and we'll tell you where it's stocked near you.

What exactly goes into the sausage?

Every product has a full ingredient and allergen list. Name the product in your enquiry and we'll send the sheet for that one rather than a general brochure.

How should I keep it once the pack is open?

Keep it cold and covered, and treat an opened pack like fresh meat from the counter rather than a sealed one. The pack itself carries the storage instruction and the date it should be eaten by.

Do you make versions without added flavour enhancers?

Recipes differ from product to product. Tell us what you want to avoid and we'll point you to the items in the range that suit, and say plainly where we don't have one.

I run a shop or a kitchen. Can I stock the range?

Yes — that's what the trade and foodservice side is for. Send an enquiry saying what kind of business you are and roughly what you'd want on the counter, and we'll pass you to the right contact.

How does the loyalty programme work?

It rewards regular buying on the products you already put in your basket. Ask us in the form and we'll explain how to join and what you collect.

Ask us something

Product questions, where to buy, or stocking the range — write it here and we'll come back to you.

  • Someone who knows the products answers, not an auto-reply.
  • We reply by email with the specifics you asked for.
